Atkinsons
This house was built by the Atkinson family circa 19##. Roger was about my age but the family moved to Three Rivers while he and I were still quite young. Roger’s older brother was strickened with polio and died at quite a young age. The house was then sold to Dr jurgens and family.
Our first neighbors to the west were Jim and Doris wyatt. Jim was a contractor and he built a big house farther west down the road. At the same time (19xx) he put in the new road entirely at his expense and arranged for each of the property owners to buy land from Joe deboroskky to reach out to the new road.
