    1. No traffic lights
    2. No stop signs
    3. No obvious attention to traffic control other than staying mostly on the right side
  2. Somewhat less obvious
    1. No homeless encampments
    2. No daylight shoplifting
    3. No panhandlers
  3. A few things that might be overlooked
    1. The shit in the street is from horses and is cleaned up every day
